Right now every chat starts from zero, so you explain your business and fix the tone before you get anything useful. This course is the setup that ends that. It takes one sitting and no code, and Claude Cowork comes out of it working like an employee you already trained.

Every new chat opens with you typing in the same background you typed in last week, because the chat keeps none of it. Here are the four ways that shows up, with the words from a real test run.
It has never heard of your customers or your prices, so you type all of that in before you can ask for the thing you opened the chat for.
You ask for one email and it hands you three versions with blanks to fill in. Then you write the real one yourself.
The opener is stiff and the sign-off is a placeholder, because it has no idea how you talk to a customer. You rewrite it before it goes out.
You fix something on Tuesday. On Thursday, in a new chat, it makes the same mistake, because the correction lived in a chat that is gone.
A blank chat is a new hire on their first day, every single day, and nobody would run a business like that.
A good hire gets six things on day one. The course gives each one a home inside Cowork, so Claude reads your rules before it starts and checks its own work before it tells you it is done. Each window below is what that thing looks like inside a finished setup.
How you do things and how you talk to customers, written down once.
In Cowork this is your instructions and RULES.md.What you sell, who buys it, and what changed last month, in files it reads before every job.
In Cowork this is your working folder. How to do each job the way your business does it, step by step.
In Cowork these are skills. What happened and what got decided, kept where the next session finds it.
In Cowork this is the three kinds of memory.Your email, calendar, and files, with clear limits on what it may touch.
In Cowork these are connectors and approvals.Nothing goes out the door until it has been read back against your rules.
In Cowork these are the two gates. This is the test the whole course is built around. I gave it one line, "Write a reply to Tom. He asked if we can do the two beds along the driveway before the end of the month." I ran it first in a blank chat and then inside a finished setup.
This pair came from a test run on Northline Landscaping, a made-up business we built for the course. It is not a customer result. When members post their own pairs, they go here.
You do not write any code. You paste the setup prompt, answer its questions one at a time, and it builds the folder, the rule files, and the skills for you.
Install the Claude desktop app, make one folder, make a project on that folder, and connect one tool you use every day.
About ten minutesIt asks you thirteen questions, one at a time, and then it builds your folder, your rule files, your instructions, and eight skills.
Ten to fifteen minutesPaste two short instruction files, save the skills, and give it a real task. Then run the before-and-after test on your own business.
You see the difference in about five minutes
Everything you build stays on your own computer as files you can open. None of it lives inside a chat you cannot get back to.
These are real pages from the course. Every lesson gives you one step to do, most of them come with a download, and 50 of the 53 come with a picture or a screenshot of what you are building.

There are two ways through it. The 30-minute path is five lessons and gets your setup built. The weekend path goes through every module in order and takes about six hours.
No. Nothing in the course needs code. Module 11 has two optional scripts, and Claude runs those itself.
Yes. One feature, recording a skill from your screen, is Mac only right now, and the course says so where it comes up.
No. The lessons are written, with screenshots, pictures, and downloads. You read a lesson, do the step it gives you, and move to the next one.
The app changes often. Every click path in the course was checked against the app and Claude's help center in September 2026, and the ideas still hold when a button moves.
No. Customer Journey Creation builds AI systems for businesses that have a team. This is the do-it-yourself version for one owner or a small team. You onboard it yourself, the way you would a new hire, and you keep everything it builds.
The before-and-after test in lesson 7.5 answers that, and you run it yourself on your own business the day you finish the setup.
You answer three short questions and I let you in, free. Every member gets the community and Pick the Right Claude, a 45-minute course on which model and effort level to use. Onboard Claude, the course that builds the setup, is the Premium tier inside the community, and you upgrade the day you want to build.
Tap Join, answer three short questions, and I let you in. It is free to join, and the setup course is inside.
